Introduction

  • Background
    • Creative industries play a critical role in shaping inclusive, expressive, and sustainable communities. However, many older adults are left out of this cultural and educational narrative due to stereotypes, technological gaps, and limited career access points in the creative sector (Oakley and O’Brien, 2016).
  • Aim
    • The project aims to make creative career exploration in the elderly community more inclusive through entertaining and educational design. The project combines gamification with storytelling to help the elderly rekindle their creative dreams and discover new roles through collective participation. Emphasizing the concepts of "play, create, and belong", creative careers are no longer just the pursuit of young people, but a lifelong ability to build meaning and self-expression

A wicked problem
